Monday morning miles are hard when you have ten to do because you postponed it during the weekend. Especially when you want to quit after half a mile because your calves are still sore from a ten mile hike with two 11k’ summits. Oops.
I’m sure it’s fine.

Slow, but I did not stop, and I did not walk!
Also, serious negative splits: 2 @ 12:18 pace, 2 @ 11:59, 2 @ 11:49, 2 @ 11:48, and the final 2 @ 11:32.
It may take me forever and a day to get warmed up, but: VICTORY!
I guess I should shower and go to work and stuff.
