Line drills (inch worms, butt kicks, toe touches, etc - HAMMIES!)

WOD - “Fire Breath”
3 RFT:
21 thrusters, 65# (scaled to 55#)
400m run
=16:26

If it had been a 21-15-9, I could have tooootally done 65#. I probably should have done 60#. Next time.
And now I’m feasting on a salad topped with runny eggs, spicy salsa, and gorgonzola.
Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.
