Despite working stupid long hours today (7am - 6pm, y’all*), having PERFECT HAIR today (I WOKE UP WITH IT LIKE THIS, YOU GUYS), and not eating enough food because I was stuck in a secluded room teaching all day, I still went and did the first CrossFit Games Open WOD this evening.

13.1 is a mother fucking bitch. I just wanted ONE rep at 75#. Just one.

I knew that would be a suckfest. I pulled the 75# up to my collarbone/chin like 6 times, but there was no way I could get myself under the bar. Too tired. Too much weight. Jumping in weight by THIRTY pounds is stupid silly. No thank you.
