I was in a bad mood after work today, and I contemplated going straight home.
Then I was like, “lolnope! Torture fest, please.”
- random group stuff (high knees, air squats, butt kicks, etc)
- testing each WOD movement
WOD: “Filthy Fifty”
- 50x box jumps, 24” (scaled to 20”)
- 50x jumping pull-ups
- 50x KB swings, 26#
- 50x walking lunge steps
- 50x knees to elbows (scaled to knees to waist)
- 50x push press, 35#
- 50x back extensions
- 50x wall ball shots, 14# (scaled to 10#)
- 50x burpees
- 50x double unders (scaled to singles, 3:1)
Did my box jumps, KB swings, and burpees all unbroken! Albeit slowly.
I feel much better now.
